So after the MTO telling me that the current e-test on the S13 would transfer into my name once I registered it was false information I had to get a new e-test.
On with the bullshit.
Said Ok... I'll just go get one. Worse that happens I find out what I need to do to make it pass.
Went to Oil Changers on Victoria. Bunch of chill, younger dudes that don't give a rats ass what your car looks like. They thought it was dope.
The car fit over their pit and onto rollers, barely.
After a bunch of laughing, here's the result.
At this point I remembered Brandon telling me he seen it shooting flames. Uh oh. Cat must be dinked.
The guy before me had welded the rear of the cat to the exhaust WITH the 2 bolts. Fack.
Had to drop the exhaust...
...and grind off the welds.
Perfectly gutted.

New cat went on but, exhaust wasn't lining back up. WTF? Turns out, that's what the welding was for. To fill the gap because the bolts weren't fully tightened to allow for a bend. FTS! BMFH!
Much better results. SO CLEAN but, still not enough.
Went on with some suggestions from guru's.
Changed the plugs, added methyl and retarded some timing. BAM!!!
LEGIT PASS!!
